    Where are you located?
    Our company is headquartered in Australia and is committed to serving customers worldwide. We are also an authorized retailer for such brands as Max Alexander and Fillies Collection.


    Where do you ship?

    We ship worldwide.

    How are shipping rates calculated?
    We use the Australia Post Air Mail service for all deliveries outside Australia.
    The shipping price is calculated automatically at checkout and will depend on the number of items you purchase and your location. 

    Who is responsible for tax or Custom Duty Charges?
    Please check if there are any input duties payable in your country! Any duties are outside of our control and NOT included in the price.

    Returns:
    Please contact us before returning the product
    (ANY ITEM RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORISATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!)
    Generally, items bought before or during the Australian spring racing carnival season will not be accepted for returns.
    However, if you would like to return or exchange an item, you can do so within seven (7) days from the delivery of your order (14 days for customers outside of Australia).
    We will provide a refund for all returned items, excluding delivery costs.
    As a general rule, we will credit your original purchase method. However, we reserve the right to provide a refund as a store credit/gift voucher. You will be notified of a refund method when we provide you with a return authorization. We reserve the right to refuse the return.
    Item(s) must be returned in original condition, unopened, and complete with all packaging and labels.
    For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept worn returns.

    NOTE
     — All fascinators & hats are protected with a security seal. It is possible to try the hat, but it will not be possible to wear it in public.

    If the security seal is tampered with, we consider the fascinator worn, and it WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS!
    Unfortunately, we can not accept returns of custom-made items.
    Gift Vouchers will not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
    You may be charged a repair fee if the item is damaged (makeup stains, inadequate packaging, etc.). However, you will only be charged a delivery fee if you want to change color or size.
    The delivery fee for exchanges is $10AUD for Australia, $15 for New Zealand, and the USA. For other countries, it will equal the delivery fee you originally paid.
    If an item is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, you will be charged the original shipping price or $15AUD, whichever is greater, to re-send it.
    Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.

    Processing returns:
    Please
    contact us with the reason for the return. Please include the order number and your details.

    Order Cancellation
    You can cancel your order within two (2) working days of its placement. Shipped orders can not be revoked.
    Orders placed for custom-made items can only be canceled if we do not start working on them. If work is underway, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply.

    Order placed using AFTERPAY
    If you used Afterpay, a
    7% administration fee would be charged for all refunds made through Afterpay. (9% for customers outside of Australia). We are sorry, but this is due to the way Afterpay operates, and this is what they will charge us for any refund. The fee will not apply if a refund is given via store credit instead.

    Orders are placed using PAYPAL
    If you used PayPal, a
    3% administration fee would be charged for all refunds made through PayPal. We are sorry, but this is due to recent changes introduced by PayPal. This is what they will charge us for any refund. The fee will not apply if a refund is given via store credit instead.

    Orders are placed using HUMM or ZIP
    If you used Humm or ZipPay, there would be no surcharge in case of refunds.

    Orders are placed using Credit Cards
    If you used a credit card, there would be no surcharge in case of refunds.

    We will not be liable for any damages caused by our products or while using our products, whether direct or indirect.
    The customer’s sole responsibility is to determine the product’s suitability before purchasing or using it.
