  3. You can sign up to receive updates via text
  • You can track your package via the shipping information emailed to you
  • Contact Us  if you did not receive tracking information
  • If you made your purchase using the Guest Checkout, check your email for shipping information sent to you when the order was shipped. If there is no tracking number included, Contact Us
  • If the tracking information is not available, it may be in transit
  • Standard International shipment may not be trackable

Note: If your order consists of multiple items, they may be shipped on separate days and may have different tracking numbers

  • Go to your orders and verify that you have the correct shipping address
  • Look for an “Attempted Delivery” notice on your door 
  • Check your messages for a photo for proof of delivery location
  • Check your mailbox
  • Wait for at least 24 hours as the package(s) may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances

  • On rare occasions, if the package is returned to us, it will NOT be re-shipped. In this event, you will have to place a new order
  • If for whatever reason, the package is undeliverable, you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges
  • Your package may be undeliverable if the parcel was too big, your shipping address was a P.O. Box, and your post office does not accept “Hold for Pick-up” packages
  • Your package will be undeliverable if the parcel was incorrectly addressed or missing pieces of information such as an apartment or suite number
  • Your package will be undeliverable if f there is no secure location to deliver the package; to protect it from inclement weather or possible theft
  • Your package will be undeliverable if you request a signature as proof of delivery and nobody is available to accept and sign for the package
  • Your package will be undeliverable if the person(s) at the drop location does not accept the package 
  • Severe inclement weather conditions could delay package deliveries
  • International shipping requirements and procedures may cause a delay or deem the package undeliverable
  • Other reasons for the package being undeliverable may be due to shipping restrictions at the drop location, for example, government buildings, etc.
  • Check and confirm delivery dates and times
  • Wait 24 Hours to allow for any unexpected delays as listed on Undeliverable or Delayed Packages and Reasons Why

The Holiday Sales tax varies by state and not to be confused with Legal Holidays by state, is a limited-time period where some states allow purchases of specified items to be tax-free. If you make purchases of qualified products during a state’s sales tax holiday, you will not be charged sales tax on those purchases. 

Biashara Street will honor and apply sales tax holidays to sales sold by www.BiasharaStreet.com, its affiliates, and marketplace vendors for qualifiable items.  The regular tax rate will be calculated on things that do not qualify for the Holiday Tax Rate

If your credit card is declined, check and update your information:

As we all aware, in this digital age we live in, and with all the convenience that technology affords us, there are many ways fraudsters can conduct scams. We must contend with all the fraudsters and internet scams, and Phishing attempts

  • Never divulge any account information. 
  • Do not provide ANY gift card information: codes, numbers, or promotional certificates and information received via email
  • Do not divulge any more information than what is required. Businesses do not call nor ask to verify payment information; after all, they already have all your data. Do not send payments unless you are comfortable and confident with the transaction. Banks or other institutions will never call to ask for the information they already have. Their Fraud Department may contact you to verify a purchase
  • Do not do business with anyone that tries to lure you off the Biashara Street marketplace
  • Do not divulge any information by responding to phishing emails, for example, verifying your email address, passwords, account numbers, credit card numbers, etc.
