    We are located in Indonesia.
    We work closely with our talented team of artisans to bring using traditional Indonesian techniques and tools.  Our designs are handcrafted using precious crystals and recycled and eco-friendly materials using traditional tools and techniques.
    Our factory is located in a quaint village in Java; we are honored to be able to provide artisans with a safe work environment and fair wages while remaining close to their families in their village.
    We launched our Hair Couture Line at the live art show during Art Basel in the courtyard of the Versace Mansion. These pieces are passionately designed for brides who want to add more glamour on their wedding day or those attending special and red carpet events.

    CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY ORDER

    Since we want to get your order to you as soon as possible, we may only be able to cancel your order if your package has shipped. If your order has yet to ship, you may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email us at [email protected]  immediately with your order number and reason for cancelation. 

    PAYMENT METHODS

    All payment methods accepted are available during checkout.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION & VERIFICATION

    Orders are subject to payment verification. For the protection of our clients, we want to ensure that the cardholder authorizes every order we ship out. If your order is on hold, we will contact you immediately to ensure minimal delays.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

    If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a quicker option not shown at your checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Additional charges may be applied.

    PROCESSING TIME

    Depending on the time of the day you place an order, please allow 72 hours for us to process it; some days, we process it immediately. We will contact you if we have any issues.

    SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    We do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders generally ship within 72 hours of placing your order. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order. We ship worldwide with a few limitations to certain countries such as Maroc. Morocco shipments must be under USD 500. Italy is strict with its customs clearance process, so receiving your order may take longer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure if the jewelry can be shipped; we are not responsible for refunding the shipping fees if customs rejects the package.

    SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES

    UPS, FedEx, U.S.P.S., and DHL calculate all shipping rates.

    We are not responsible for international taxes and duties; that is the customer’s sole responsibility. In the event of a return or exchange, we will not refund the taxes, duties, and shipping fees. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot control these charges or tell you the cost; customs charges and import duties differ from country to country. 

    Please get in touch with your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties, and customs regulations.

    All shipments are insured at their total value to protect your merchandise. 

    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    All orders will receive a tracking number shortly after completing your checkout. Please contact us if you need help finding your tracking number. 

    If your order is lost or has yet to arrive by the estimated delivery date, please, try the following steps before contacting us for assistance.

    • Check your tracking number with the shipping courier in the confirmation email you received upon purchasing your order. 

    • Check your address and information on your order to ensure we have the correct information.

    • Check for any notification via text message, email, or attempted delivery cards from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.

    • Check with any authorized person if they have received the parcel on your behalf.

    • Check on any safe areas. Couriers may have left your parcel behind bins or in a shed, garage, or porch.

    • If you have not done any of these, please do so now. If you’re still having difficulties finding your parcel, please get in touch with our sales team with your order number at [email protected]

    Please expect a reply within 24 hours; we will do our best to help track your package. If your order cannot be found, you must claim with your carrier with proof of purchase. We are not responsible for lost packages with a signature of delivery, which means we cannot replace or refund your order. The former is rare, and we will do everything we can to assist you. 

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive internationally, depending on the shipping method you choose when you place your order. We promise to do our best to get our packages out quickly. However, after your package leaves our headquarters, we have no control over the speed at which it arrives at your doorstep due to customs. Sometimes orders can arrive in less than a week, but we would always somewhat under promise and over deliver!

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES INFORMATION

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your precious INDAH gems; please get in touch with us immediately with any issues you have with your purchase. We do not issue refunds; we can discuss options to ensure you are completely satisfied once we review your case. For all other cases, we are happy to exchange your unworn pieces within ten (10) days of receiving your order.

    Once we receive your return and it has been processed at our headquarters, we will issue you a store credit for your next purchase. Please note that returns generally take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account; this can vary depending on your financial institution.

    THE EXCHANGE PROCESS

    To request an exchange, please email us at biasharastreet.com and provide us with your order number, which item you wish to return, and the reason for your exchange. We will provide you with the return shipping address by email. We must receive the merchandise back merchandise at our headquarters within 21 days of submitting the return claim, and the shipping is the sender’s responsibility. Please return your merchandise in the original gold velvet pouch and ensure you add the full insurance coverage. Please package your return item(s) in the original shipped padded envelope or small box. If the merchandise is lost or stolen in the mail, we are not responsible for replacing it.

    EXEMPTIONS

    Shipping charges on all orders are nonrefundable.

    INDAH offers a jewelry warranty of 21 days. If your jewelry breaks within 21 days of your purchase, we will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. If the customer damages the jewelry because of not following the care guide and the piece is damaged due to improper care, we will not issue a replacement.

    Please email a photo of your piece to biasharastreet.com within that given specified time and make the arrangements to return the item. We will send you a shipping label to return the item, and we will send you a new piece if it is available in stock. If your replacement is out of stock, we will credit you for another piece or a full refund. Please note that shipping your replacement piece can take up to 10 business days.  

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If you receive a damaged item, please immediately contact our customer service department at [email protected]. Report all damaged orders within 72 hours of receiving the package.

    What Wrist Should I Wear My Bracelet Or Rings On?

    We recommend wearing our bangles on both wrists to balance the energy fields and amply our power of manifestation, allowing our voices and deepest intentions to be heard loud and clear.  Coco designed the bangles in pairs; wearing cuffs will make us feel safe and unlock our full superpowers.

    Our bodies have three main energy channels; the term in traditional Indian medicine and spiritual knowledge is nadis. Nadi is the energy channel for prana to flow. It translates to tube, channel, or flow in Sanskrit; both nadis & chakras are a part of the same energy system; Nadir is the infinite energy system, and chakras are the origins of where the energy flows.

    Ida Nadi is the feminine channel connected to the left side of your body; wearing your ring or bangle on the left will allow you to feel an internal self and connect you deeper to your emotions and memories.

    Pingala Nadi is the masculine channel that corresponds with the right side of your body; this is our giving side. Wearing crystals on this side of your body helps with action and productivity and allows us to control the energy we release into the world.

    Does Coco Effendi Create Custom INDAH Jewelry Designs?

    We do custom work; book a 30-minute private consultation with Coco. A personal consultation fee of $300 must be pre-paid before the Skype video call. We will apply the $300 toward your order. After a detailed consultation, Coco will send you a quote for the piece you would like custom-made. Since each design is custom and made just for you, please allow 6-10 weeks for your gems to arrive in your hands. We can create our designs in pure gold, white gold, and silver. We also do diamond work as well; our design options are LIMITLESS.

    What size are your rings, and will they discolor my fingers?

    All rings have our signature technique; all bands are sizeable unless otherwise specified. Midi rings are generally size four and nonadjustable. Each ring base has a titanium lining, so your fingers will never turn green! We believe adjustable size is best; you can wear it as a midi ring or move it to different fingers! Our rings have a base size of 7 unless otherwise stated in the description.

    What makes INDAH sustainable?

    Being sustainable is the only way to be. We harvest our materials come from recycled metals; our brass, copper, and stainless steel from the old ship and machine parts. It is melted down in our factory and constructed into magical treasures for you to wear. Our artisans even hand-make all of our chains; they link together one loop at a time. Slow fashion is a process that takes time to create each masterpiece. Our designs carefully dip all items with 24k gold or silver. All gems arrive inside a beautiful golden velvet pouch with foam inside to protect your gems; this will keep your pieces safe while you’re not wearing them and traveling around the world! We strive to keep our carbon footprint minimum and work only with suppliers who align with our fair trade principles.

    How do I take care of my jewelry?

    Store in the precious pouch your jewelry arrived in, do not get in contact with oils, lotions, or sand. Do not wear your gem into the ocean or in the pool to keep your gem in the best condition.

    How often should I cleanse my gems?

    We recommend cleansing and recharging your crystals every full moon.

     How Do I Choose Which Crystal Is Best For Me?

Healing with crystals is a personalized experience; someone may connect with a particular crystal, while someone else may gravitate towards a different crystal—even if you’re using the crystal for the same intention, let your intuition guide you. 

    What Should I Do When I First When Receive My Piece? How Do I Cleanse My INDAH Gem?

    Upon receiving your new INDAH gems, we recommend completing the following steps:

    • Place your jewelry outside or on a window ledge under the sun or full moon for 4 hours. Even better to leave your gems charging in the full moonlight.

    • Allow the smoke of a burning Sage stick or Palo Santo stick to flow around your gem until your piece asks to release any energy that is not serving you and cleanses your crystals.

    • Lay your jewelry on a piece of Quartz Crystal for at least 6 hours; quartz amplifies your intention and vibrates—positive energy into your gems.

     After cleaning, setting your intentions and manifestations into your piece is an excellent time.

    We recommend smudging your new piece with sage or Palo Santo to cleanse the energy & crystal. When the moon is full, allow your gem to charge to work at its optimal capacity in the moonlight. The next step is to do our ritual and hold your gems in your hands. Breathe deeply and get clear on your intentions. Say them 3x out loud. Please take a deep breath holding it at the top at the count of three; as you exhale out of your mouth onto your INDAH Gem, visualize instilling your intentions into the crystal and metals. You will feel the power in your gem every time you wear it. When you want to change your intentions or feel like the energy is wearing off, all you have to do is repeat this ritual.  

    My Crystals Are Not Working For Me.

    A crystal’s purpose is to amplify your energy in the cosmics. For the crystal to work, YOU still have to DO the work. Set your intention each morning and connect with its energy. Try cleansing your crystals more often and putting out the energy you wish to receive. Practice patience. The crystals will bring you what you need exactly when you need them, don’t force anything. Learn how to become more open, shift your perspectives, and look at things through a positive mindset. Maybe what you want to receive may show up much differently than you expected. For example, to bring in wealth, you may intend to work hard and want a raise. However, the universe may have bigger plans for you; maybe the universe will present you with a new venture bigger than your wildest dreams. Be open, notice what signs the universe and your angels are showing you, and allow them to guide you.

    Spoiler alert, usually “the work” isn’t always sparkles, unicorns & rainbows. Releasing energy blocks isn’t always fun, but you will be so grateful you showed up, were accountable to yourself, and put yourself back into alignment. No one else can do the work for you. If you are having a bad day, sit and take time to connect deeply with your crystals; allow them to calm and center you, acknowledge that this is what is coming up for you, and learn a healthy way to deal with it (journaling is our favorite) and let it go. Move on, remember life is about ‘Two steps forward, 1 step back.” Once you learn to break through and release, you’ll receive a clear message on how to achieve your intention, it will come differently to each of us, but when your message arrives, you will know intuitively.
