    Shipping Policy

     1.   Do you ship internationally?

    For customers, we only ship to the U.S.A. and Canada; however, we hope to ship internationally in the future.

    For businesses, we do offer to ship internationally. Please contact info @ biasharastreet.com for more details. 

     
    2.   How long until I get my order?
    We ship out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please email [email protected], and we will sort everything out for you.
     
    3.   How do I track my order?
    For Expedited (tracked) shipping, a tracking number will be attached to your order when it is shipped; you can click the tracking link to see the tracking status. 

    There are some products that we ship via regular mail. In this case, no tracking number is provided. However, the estimated shipping time is two weeks in North America. However, NO DELIVERY TIME CAN BE GUARANTEED DUE TO COVID-19.

    4.   I am a business owner. Can I purchase products in bulk? 
    We offer special wholesale prices for other businesses and individuals with a minimum order value/quantity.

    • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free expedited shipping for merchandise over US$37/CA$50.

    As a small business, we value every single customer for other orders and have tried our best to offer lower shipping fees varying from US$3.81/CA$4.99 to US$6.86/CA$8.99.

    • Do you offer free pick-up?

    Due to the severity of the pandemic in Canada, we have temporarily disabled local pick-up.

    Note: Customers who requested local pick-up can still pick up their orders but are advised to do so as soon as possible. Please feel free to email us if you encounter any issues.

    • How long does it take to ship my orders? 

    We ship orders every 2-4 days. We select couriers that have tracking enabled, and your orders should typically arrive within a week in North America. Some secluded regions may take longer.

    You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

    Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping delays are expected with most courier services.

    • What is your return policy? 

    We do not accept returns as returned inventory in the U.S. alone creates over 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

    If the tracking number status is delivered, we won’t be able to cover stolen or misplaced packages.
