    Where are you located?
    Our company is in the USA.


    Shipping and returns:
    We ship within the Contiguous United States via the US Postal Service.
    Delivery Time is Within: 3 to 7 business days. Please email us if you prefer another shipping provider or require express or overnight delivery.

    Returns:
    We hope that you are satisfied with your product(s). However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, please follow our return policy guidelines and process below.

    Guidelines:
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
    Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be applicable for a refund.

    Return Process:
    First, please send us a quick email to [email protected]  advising us of your return.
    Next, complete the return form we enclosed in your package along with your product.
    Lastly, mail the return form and product(s) back to us at the address below:

    Please make sure you are returning our product(s) unused, in their original condition and packaging, along with all tags.
    You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refund Process (if applicable):
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Your refund will be processed within 30 days of our approval email if you are approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
    If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
    Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Be sure to remove jewelry before performing tasks that cause you to sweat.
    Try to take your jewelry off before you take a bath, go to the beach, or into a swimming pool.
    Do not spray perfume on your jewelry; try to use your perfume before you put any jewelry on, and let your perfume dry a little before you start to accessorize.
    Cleaning your jewelry is simple; for best results, use a polishing cloth and a basic jewelry cleaning solution.
